True. And thank you. I love the pragmatism because I've so often—nearly always—been such a dreamy (read: naive) mess.

But it's also an emotion. My opinion. Or perhaps rather the foundation, the balanced yang/yin of any (good) one (feeling) there is.

If it didn't feel loving to do those actions, no one would.

I don't feel loving toward myself when I take the action of spending all my resources on everything but decent food, but when I—and rarely—treat myself to lovely coastal seafood—I do. I'm homeless or unhoused or homeward bound or whatever euphemism you choose.

The simultaneous most selfish and most selfless act there is, is to love. Thats why so many said to "love thy enemy". My enemies have tried for my life many a many. It's a real suburbanite turned accidental loving-thug who writes.

Love or Fear. 0 or 1. Yes or No, with all the quantum between, the spectrum of everything, the cliche: the thin line between love hate.
